Only one RV and one vehicle per site. Please inquire at the office for additional parking accommodations for you and your guests.
The maximum number of guests in any site is eight (8). Site reservations include (2) adults. There is a $5.00 charge for each additional child (age 9 and older) and $10.00 for each additional adult. Children ages 8 and under are free. Parking and/or driving on the grass is strictly prohibited.
The use of generators is not permitted.
Please be sure you maintain a positive sewer seal at both ends of the sewer hose. No open fires (wood or charcoal) or fireworks are permitted in the park. Propane and electric barbecue grills may be used.
Please keep all personal property stored within your vehicles & keep your yard clear of clutter and debris (this includes cigarette butts, too!).
Your child’s conduct is your responsibility. Please do not allow children to play in the laundry or bath facilities or leave them unattended.
We provide a 24-hr laundry facility for your convenience.
Clotheslines and/or drying racks are not permitted. Please do NOT hang your laundry from your vehicles or any structure in the park (fence, trees, etc.)
Mats and rugs are not permitted on the grass.
Tents, screen rooms, or any other structure not permanently attached to an RV are not permitted. Please respect the landscaping and natural surroundings. Please refrain from washing, rinsing, repairing, or changing of oil of any RV, vehicle, trailer, motorcycle, or boat (etc.) while on the premises.
Please deposit your trash in tied bags into the dumpster.

FOR OUR GUESTS WITH PETS
We love your dogs and cats!
They must be kept on a leash under your supervision/control at all times.
Do not leave your pets outside unattended.
Pens, fences, and/or kennels are not permitted.
When they POOP, you SCOOP.
Pets are to be kept under control, quiet, and inside at night.
Pets are not permitted inside buildings.
Aggressive dogs are not allowed under any circumstance.

PARK BUILDINGS:
Smoking is prohibited inside any building in the park.

Reservations are accepted year-round. A deposit is required for each site reserved as follows:

1 Night Stay –Payment in Full
2-30 Night Stay –Payment equal to one night's stay

All Cancellations will incur a $15.00 handling fee per site reserved.
Cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of the deposit LESS the $15.00 handling fee per site reserved.
Cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

Check-in time is after 1:00pm. Check-out is between 10:00 & 11:00am.
